The Black Stars of Ghana are expected to arrive in Nairobi on Thursday (September 6) after three days of camping in Ethiopia.
The team will play Kenya in a qualifier for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday, September 8 at the Moi International Sports Center in Kasarani.
The team is expected to touch down at the Jomo Kenyatta International Ariport at 6.35pm Kenya time (3.35pm Ghana time) aboard an Ethiopian airlines flight.
The officials for the game, led by top Zambian referee Janny Sikazwe, are expected to arrive earlier the same day.
Coach Kwesi Appiah says he is impressed with preparations thus far.
“So far, the movement and attitude of the players is really good,” Appiah told Kenya's The Nation newspaper.
“It is important to treat each game in a special way, and go out there with the important attitude, give them a good game and prepare to win."
In June last year, Ghana beat Ethiopia 5-0 in its first fixture of Group F, while Kenya lost 2-1 away to Sierra Leone.
